We are looking for a Junior Associate Web Producer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Contentful, we provide an intelligent composable content platform that helps organizations turn their digital content into a strategic business asset. With nearly 800 employees from over 70 nations, we empower teams to deliver impactful customer experiences at scale. In this role, you will work closely with our Principal Product Manager and the broader Web Marketing team to ensure our marketing website remains efficient, accurate, and functional. Responsibilities
- Lead daily standups and scrum ceremonies to ensure our web projects remain on schedule and aligned with team goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies to coordinate project priorities, budgets, and deliverables.
- Manage the intake and triage of website requests while overseeing routine maintenance to ensure content accuracy and technical functionality.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in web production or project management, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate between designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A foundational understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms, is highly preferred.
