The role

We are looking for an Associate UI UX Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position designed for someone eager to grow their skills within a collaborative environment. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration to help us bridge the gap between business goals, technology, and user-centered design.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with design leads to craft engaging interactive experiences for mobile, tablet, and web platforms.
• Conduct user research, develop information architecture, create journey maps, and build wireframes and visual interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with our development team to maintain pixel-perfect quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in design principles and a desire to evolve as a designer. We value the following qualifications:

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your grasp of digital design fundamentals.
• A sharp eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and a willingness to master new design tools.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to clearly articulate your design concepts and the rationale behind them.
• A positive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in learning our end-to-end project delivery process.

Compensation and benefits
