What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Associate Tech Designer to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. In this role, you will be a key partner in our design process, ensuring our products meet our high standards for quality and fit. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing the fit sample process, which includes measuring samples, organizing fit sessions, and maintaining our sample tracker.
• Updating tech packs with detailed sketches, precise measurements, and construction notes from the development phase through to final production.
• Collaborating closely with our design team and vendors to resolve construction issues and communicate fit feedback effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have at least three years of experience as a technical designer, ideally working across both wovens and knits. We value candidates who are proficient in Excel and Dropbox, and who possess a sharp eye for sketching and construction details. You should be a strong communicator who can manage projects independently while maintaining a high degree of flexibility. We are looking for someone who embraces a culture of learning, brings a problem-solving mindset to the table, and has experience working within diverse teams. Fluency in English is required for this role.

What we offer
