WongDoody is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Seattle office and support a major national telecom account. As a global network of 2,000 innovators and designers, we have spent 30 years creating human experiences and award-winning work, and we are now looking for a detail-oriented professional to help our team deliver high-quality projects on time.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for project schedules and provide consistent status updates to all stakeholders.
Manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously, including organizing feedback and tracking deliverables.
Maintain client-facing documentation and update Smartsheet to ensure project accuracy.
Support the broader project management team with daily operations, resource requests, and process improvements.
Facilitate internal meetings, distribute detailed recaps, and define actionable next steps for the team.
Perform quality control on creative work to ensure brand standards are consistently met.
Proactively identify project risks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Must-haves

1 to 2 years of professional experience in project management within an advertising agency, design firm, or marketing environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to solve problems and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management software.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teammates.
Fluency in English.

Benefits

The salary range for this full-time, on-site position is $50,000 to $60,000. In addition to your compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
