We are currently looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and help drive our continued growth and market leadership.
About the Role
This is a full-time, mid-level position based in our Dublin office. As a key member of our Product Marketing team, you will work in a hybrid capacity, spending two to three days per week on-site. You will play an active role in shaping our marketing strategies, conducting deep-dive market research, and helping us communicate the unique value of our platform to the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of product launches by translating complex features into clear, compelling marketing messages.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials to ensure our teams are equipped to effectively position our software.
- Conduct ongoing research into customer needs, competitive trends, and industry insights to inform our strategic direction.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings a creative mindset and strong business acumen to our team. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a fast-paced B2B software environment.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A proven ability to execute data-driven strategies and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
- Technical proficiency and experience working with various marketing technology tools.
Location
This role is based in Ireland, with our office located in Dublin.
