What you bring
We are seeking a mid-level Associate to join the Office of the CEO on a full-time basis. This role is a unique launchpad for your career, offering direct exposure to our founders and the executive team. You will be based in the United States, with an onsite requirement at our Miami office three days a week, specifically Tuesday through Thursday. Your primary focus will involve:
- Partnering closely with our CEOs and co-founders to drive top-priority business initiatives.
- Managing complex financial models, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and unit-level economics.
- Leading critical work-streams for capital markets, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a versatile professional with at least two years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development. You should possess exceptionally strong financial modeling and analytical skills, along with the ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive, high-level projects. We are looking for someone who communicates with clarity, thrives in an ambiguous startup environment, and is comfortable working directly with senior leadership. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be prepared to adapt quickly as our business needs evolve.
What we offer
