Our platform acts as a consumer health engagement engine, combining concierge services, behavioral health, and telemedicine to drive meaningful behavior change. We are looking for a curious and data-driven Associate, Marketing Operations to join our growing team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will help us execute strategic communications across email, SMS, push, and direct mail channels to boost member engagement. You will be a vital part of our efforts to operationalize our communication strategies, ensuring that every intervention is personalized and effective throughout the member lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution, maintenance, and reporting of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all projects meet our established timelines and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Creative, Data Science, Engineering, and Member Services to ensure our communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with our broader engagement strategy.
- Identify and implement testing opportunities within our marketing channels to generate insights that improve our member-centric communication efforts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience working in a marketing function.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- Proficiency with CRM automation tools, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira and Airtable.
- Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans.
- A commitment to maintaining data security and privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
What we offer
We provide a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000, which is determined based on your specific qualifications. In addition to this base pay, you will have access to bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
