Associate Marketing Manager at Sunnyside*

What is this role?

We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position where you will report to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for driving growth and performance marketing strategies for the East region, focusing on scalable tactics to increase revenue and customer engagement through our owned channels.

What will you do?

• Lead the regional brand strategy for Sunnyside by creating and owning brand guidelines, positioning, and promotional campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, CRM, and wholesale, to develop channel strategies and execute creative campaigns from start to finish.
• Analyze campaign performance, sales metrics, and consumer insights to provide data-driven recommendations that optimize our marketing projects and overall strategy.

• Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to drive results.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex data clearly.
• A genuine interest in the cannabis industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• You must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
