The opportunity
As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in the commercialization of our product lines. You will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities, including strategy execution and planning for your assigned products. This role is perfect for a skilled communicator who enjoys building relationships with physician customers, sales managers, and our global marketing team. You will serve as a key bridge between our internal teams and the field, ensuring that our products reach the people who need them most.
A day in the life
- You will support our U.S. customers through field-oriented product activities and represent Penumbra at tradeshows and industry meetings.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional launch teams to ensure new products are delivered successfully to our sales organization and end users.
- You will develop detailed marketing literature and sales tools while ensuring all content adheres to our strict quality management systems and compliance standards.
Who you are
You are a mid-level professional with a strong background in marketing, ideally within the medical device or a similarly regulated healthcare field. You possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Biology, Engineering, or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Advanced communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
