Role at a glance

We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to focus on Project Workflow. This is a full-time, mid-level position that operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be onsite three days per week at our New York or Orlando-area offices. You will play a vital role in ensuring our marketing campaigns are executed with precision and efficiency.

Your impact

• Manage the end-to-end production of omni-channel campaigns by utilizing Workfront and SmartSheets to track milestones and deadlines.
• Support our Product Marketing Managers and creative teams by facilitating approvals, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring all projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate across departments to align project goals, lead team status meetings, and provide training on workflow best practices to improve overall productivity.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a master of organization with a strong service mindset. We are looking for someone who can pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively in English, both in writing and during verbal presentations. You should have at least two years of experience with cloud-based project management tools and a proven ability to implement solutions that drive efficiency. Experience working within a public company is a plus, as is a sharp analytical approach to problem-solving.
