We are currently looking to fill several Associate Marketing Manager positions within our Global Product Marketing team. We are seeking talented individuals to join our Dolls, Vehicles, Action Figures, and Games categories. In this role, you will help us craft top-tier brand and marketing strategies designed to maximize the value of our most iconic franchises. You will work in close partnership with our Global Product Marketing Managers and collaborate with diverse teams across our organization to support product development, business strategy, and the creation of essential marketing assets.
Key outcomes
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to oversee the product portfolio, define business objectives, generate actionable insights, and manage the P&L.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, packaging, and product development, to build product lines and ensure consistent alignment across all project milestones.
- Take ownership of daily product segment management and serve as the primary contact for brand-related inquiries.
- Secure internal support for global product strategies and ensure commitment from partners to execute these plans across key markets.
- Collaborate with design and development departments to launch innovative products on schedule and within budget, utilizing consumer insights to guide decision-making.
- Maintain clear communication with regional teams to ensure their specific business requirements are addressed.
- Deliver confident presentations to large groups to advocate for our brand strategies and product vision.
- Track competitor performance and monitor market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee global business reporting and conduct in-depth performance analysis.
- Support the broader brand marketing team by contributing to global brand-building initiatives and the development of marketing content.
- Share best practices and strategic plans with our global brand teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience at a mid-level capacity within a professional marketing environment.
- Proven expertise in product marketing, business strategy, and portfolio management.
- Strong ability to leverage consumer insights to drive product success.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Ability to work on-site within the United States.
