What you bring

As our Associate Manager for Social Media, you will be at the heart of our visual storytelling and brand strategy. This is a full-time, mid-level position that offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere while staying connected to our global community. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our broader marketing and business goals.
• Curating and approving content across all our brand-owned channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, while proactively planning for culturally relevant moments.
• Partnering with internal teams and external agencies to conceptualize and manage integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the social media space. You should have a deep understanding of how to build and maintain a brand identity online, paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in analytical tools is essential, as you will be responsible for monitoring metrics and translating data into actionable strategy improvements. We value individuals who are naturally curious about emerging trends, possess strong time management skills, and are eager to learn new technologies. What we offer
