Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and development for product-centric social communications, focusing on our Cantina and Crispy Chicken menu pillars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across brand, product, and marketing to ensure our social presence is integrated and holistic.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative agencies to execute breakthrough content that aligns with our visual identity.
- Translate consumer insights into compelling creative briefs and activation plans.
- Customize creative approaches for specific social platforms to maximize engagement and campaign impact.
- Oversee launch logistics, including creator strategies, paid media documentation, and community management guidelines.
- Develop and track measurement plans to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and social best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of internet culture.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional experience in social media.
- Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem and a passion for evolving internet culture.
- Proven ability to provide clear creative direction and manage the brief-writing process.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Experience maximizing integrated strategies and inspiring creative teams.
- Confidence in navigating emerging content formats, platforms, and technologies.
- Fluency in English.
