The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager of Segment Marketing to join our team. This role is a vital link between our marketing efforts and our U.S. sales organization. You will work closely with our leadership team to define and achieve our annual business objectives. A day in the life

• You will design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including messaging, content creation, and campaign execution, to support our U.S. healthcare IT business goals.
• You will serve as the primary marketing partner for our Sales and Solutions teams, ensuring our messaging is cohesive and effective across all channels.
• You will lead and mentor a team of marketers, overseeing the execution of initiatives focused on brand visibility, client retention, and revenue growth.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare IT landscape. You have a proven track record of success and are ready to take the next step in your career. Specifically, we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
• A degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a strong desire to work independently within a collaborative, global organization.
• A willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and provide occasional after-hours or holiday support when needed.
