What you bring

As a Junior Associate on our Growth team, you will play a vital role in the daily operations and logistics that drive our sales success. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will be expected to bring a proactive mindset to the following responsibilities:

• Manage the logistical aspects of sales pitches, including coordinating technology, catering, and presentation materials.
• Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct market research and manage administrative tasks to help our team stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses at least one year of relevant experience, whether through full-time work or internships. You should be highly organized, capable of juggling multiple priorities, and skilled at independent problem-solving. A strong command of English is required for this role. We value candidates who can think quickly on their feet and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a collaborative spirit within our diverse, nationwide team.

What we offer
