What is this role?

We are looking for an Associate, Growth to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with at least one year of experience, whether through full-time work or internships, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment. You will be a vital part of our operations, helping our Growth team run smoothly and supporting our sales efforts as we continue to scale.

What will you do?

• Manage the logistics for sales pitches and client meetings, which includes everything from setting up technology and AV equipment to coordinating catering and preparing detailed attendee bios.
• Coordinate company events and industry conferences, such as handling travel arrangements, managing guest lists, and ensuring our presence at major events like CES and ShopTalk is seamless.
• Streamline our internal processes by maintaining our swag inventory, preparing expense reports, and conducting market research to keep our team ahead of industry trends.
