We are Drivetrain, a remote-first company founded in 2021 by former Google employees. Our mission is to help businesses make smarter decisions through our financial planning and analysis platform, which is backed by top venture capital firms. We are looking for a passionate Associate - Growth Marketing to join our team and help us continue our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound lead sequences and manage the enrollment process for new prospects.
Produce our monthly marketing newsletter by maintaining contact lists, managing inbox health, and creating content based on our established templates.
Track and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and organic traffic.
Monitor inbound dashboards to analyze SEO metrics, traffic, and nurture sequence performance.
Coordinate all logistics for our webinars, including content distribution and the improvement of follow-up nurture sequences.
Handle lead enrichment and ensure all prospects are properly enrolled in relevant communication workflows.

Must-haves

Up to 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on social media and advertising content.
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Experience managing the logistics behind webinars and digital events.
Fluency in English.
