At Innovaccer, our Go-to-Market team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the healthcare ecosystem by solving complex customer challenges with our innovative technology solutions. We are looking for an Associate Director of Product Marketing based in India to help us tell our story and drive the success of our products through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that boost awareness, product adoption, and overall revenue growth for our value-based care solutions.
Perform deep market research to uncover trends and competitive insights, using these findings to shape our messaging and positioning.
Partner with product management and sales teams to define clear value propositions and target customer segments.
Produce high-impact marketing collateral, including sales enablement tools, case studies, and product presentations.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of product launches to ensure successful market entry.
Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and event channels to drive demand.
Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and key opinion leaders to strengthen our brand presence.
Monitor performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize our marketing tactics.
Keep a pulse on regulatory changes and industry shifts to provide actionable recommendations for our product roadmap.

Must-haves

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the healthcare IT or healthcare technology sector.
A strong grasp of value-based care models and current healthcare industry trends.
A proven history of executing marketing strategies that lead to measurable revenue growth.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
A self-motivated, results-driven mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.
