The role
We are looking for an Associate Director of Global CRM to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a Director-level position that requires a strategic and hands-on leader to elevate our lifecycle marketing, automation, and personalization efforts. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a global team to drive engagement and retention for both our B2C and B2B audiences.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive global CRM strategy that utilizes automated lifecycle campaigns to maximize conversion, retention, and reactivation for users and partners.
- Drive personalization at scale by leveraging AI and predictive analytics to ensure every communication is relevant, timely, and tailored to individual behaviors and preferences.
- Lead and mentor our global CRM team while partnering with Product, Tech, and Marketing stakeholders to optimize our technology stack and maintain a culture of data-driven innovation.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in lifecycle marketing, particularly within a consumer marketplace, e-commerce, or app-driven business. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven expertise in managing CRM automation, journey mapping, and engagement strategies at scale.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard CRM tools such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as Customer Data Platforms like Segment or Bloomreach.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with A/B testing, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and often ambiguous environment.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
