What you bring

As our Associate Director of Marketing, you will play a lead role in our full-time, hybrid team based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will be responsible for shaping our marketing strategy and ensuring our solutions reach those who need them most. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that cover market access, reimbursement, and patient support initiatives.
• Developing patient-focused education materials and omni-channel marketing campaigns to optimize the overall patient experience.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure all promotional materials are medically accurate, compliant, and aligned with our broader launch strategies.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a related field such as sales, finance, or market research. You should have a deep understanding of the specialty pharmaceutical landscape and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and legal environments. We value strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be willing to travel 15 to 30 percent of the time for industry events and stakeholder meetings. Proficiency in English is required.
