We are looking for an Associate Director of Marketing Reactivations to lead our outbound call center strategy across 17 international markets. Based in Germany, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we reconnect with millions of former customers while driving innovation through data and AI-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual strategic plans for outbound call center initiatives aimed at reactivating lapsed customers.
- Collaborate with local market CMOs and international leadership to align campaign goals with broader business objectives.
- Design and steer communication campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting, messaging, and ROI.
- Utilize data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of reactivation strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of CRM tools to enhance operational efficiency in coordination with our CommsTech and operations teams.
- Ensure all outbound activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal quality assurance measures.
- Translate customer sentiment gathered from call centers into actionable product and brand improvements.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across various international functions.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
