What you bring
We are looking for a Senior-level professional to join us in a Full Time, Remote capacity as our Associate Director of Commercial Marketing for our KOL Program. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic engagement with key opinion leaders to drive our mission forward. Your work will be based anywhere, allowing you to contribute to our global impact from your preferred location.
- Design and execute comprehensive strategies to identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influential KOLs across relevant disease areas.
- Drive thought leadership by collaborating with experts to develop educational content, webinars, and conference presentations that highlight our clinical value.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions, including advisory boards and expert panels, while measuring program effectiveness through established KPIs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics and the regulatory landscape. We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or the life sciences, though an advanced degree like an MBA or MPH is highly preferred. You should have 7 to 10 years of experience in medtech or medical device marketing, with a proven track record in KOL engagement. We value candidates who are strategic thinkers, possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and have the leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Fluency in English is required.
What we offer
