About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Marketing KOL Program to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this senior-level role, you will be the driving force behind our Key Opinion Leader engagement strategy. You will be responsible for building meaningful partnerships with industry experts and clinical leaders to help us advance our market presence and educational initiatives on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influential KOLs to support our business objectives.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop thought leadership content, including webinars, conference presentations, and case studies that highlight the clinical value of our solutions.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge sharing through advisory meetings and expert panels while establishing key performance indicators to measure the success of our engagement programs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field, with an advanced degree such as an MBA or MPH preferred.
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in medtech, healthcare marketing, or medical affairs, specifically focusing on KOL engagement.
- A proven history of developing strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness and market growth.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory landscapes and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and long-term success:
