What you bring
As our Associate Director of Brand, you will serve as the primary architect and voice of our brand identity. This is a full-time, remote leadership role where you will define our narrative and ensure our storytelling resonates across every touchpoint. You will work closely with the VP of Brand to maintain consistency and emotional connection with our audience. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that centers on narrative excellence and compelling storytelling.
- Leading the creation of high-impact copy and content across marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and in-app experiences.
- Mentoring a talented team of writers and content creators to foster a culture of innovation and creative excellence.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 4 to 7 years of experience in brand marketing, specifically within digital products or consumer technology. You should have a proven track record of developing brand narratives and executing messaging strategies across multiple channels. We value leaders who are analytical and people-centric, with the ability to translate data into actionable storytelling. You must be fluent in English and possess a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft audience-focused content. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the unique needs of families and parents.
