The role

We are looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a junior-level position ideal for someone eager to grow their career in digital marketing. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue and brand awareness by managing and optimizing our digital campaigns across the entire customer buying cycle.

Core responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute high-impact paid search and social media campaigns to generate pipeline and increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with demand generation, product marketing, and design teams to translate broad strategies into effective, actionable digital tactics.
• Analyze campaign performance data to refine conversion funnels, manage global budgets, and maximize our overall return on investment.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in digital marketing and a passion for our mission. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on paid search.
• Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including experience with SEM, PPC, display, and social media advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, Marketo, and Looker.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strategic, proactive mindset.
