About the Role
We are looking for a talented Associate Designer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This mid-level position is perfect for a creative professional who wants to take ownership of the design process. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing a variety of products, including sportswear, basics, and outerwear, while utilizing our Product Lifecycle Management system to bring your ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for your assigned product categories, moving from initial concept to the final manufactured product.
- Work closely with the broader design team to brainstorm and develop innovative product ideas that align with our brand identity.
- Conduct thorough trend research to ensure our collections remain current and competitive within the industry.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of technical skill and creative vision. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as fashion design, textiles, or product design.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in design, ideally within the mass market or with licensed brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proven experience working with Product Lifecycle Management systems.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
