Responsibilities
- Focus entirely on the creation of high-quality digital products.
- Develop initial concepts, prototypes, and detailed designs that are grounded in user research, market trends, and innovative thinking.
- Engage in a hands-on capacity throughout the entire product lifecycle, spanning from early strategy and launch to ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, strategists, and developers while mentoring members of our design team.
- Work directly with our partners in an environment that prioritizes flat structure and active involvement.
Must-haves
- A proven track record of proposing creative concepts and executing them through detailed design with minimal supervision.
- Strong expertise in solving complex UX challenges and the ability to apply product strategy to deliver exceptional visual design.
- The ability to identify and leverage business insights and user behaviors to inform product definition.
- Demonstrated skill in synthesizing and presenting your work effectively.
- Experience thriving in a highly collaborative, iterative environment where team members share work on a daily basis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with industry-standard prototyping tools.
- Fluency in English.

The base salary for this role is between $155,000 and $180,000, depending on your specific experience, skills, and market factors.
