What you bring

We are seeking a Senior-level Associate Design Director to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. You will serve as a design expert and leader, helping to define visual systems while mentoring our talented staff. This role is open to candidates located anywhere, though you must be available to work during PST hours to align with our team and clients. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading and overseeing complex design projects to ensure they meet our high standards for creative excellence and client satisfaction.
• Mentoring and managing direct reports to foster their professional growth and development in both hard and soft skills.
• Collaborating across creative, motion, and production teams to execute persuasive, conceptual design work that pushes the boundaries of industry standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a master of visual storytelling with a deep background in creative production, advertising, and motion design. You should possess a high level of craftsmanship in building brand identities and visual systems across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Webflow, but also possesses the emotional intelligence to lead teams effectively. You must be fluent in English, demonstrate strong communication skills, and bring an optimistic, curious approach to solving design challenges. A proven history of leadership and a genuine passion for teaching others are essential for success in this position.
