About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Design Director, Keynotes and Events to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position where you will lead visual thinking and design development for our B2B technology marketing projects. You will act as a hands-on creative leader, balancing project management with high-level design work to ensure our deliverables are both beautiful and strategically sound. You will work remotely while representing our agency to clients, often aligning with West Coast time zones, and you should be prepared to travel for on-site events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through the entire creative lifecycle, managing processes and deliverables from initial concept to final execution.
• Mentor and consult with visual creatives to elevate their craft, providing actionable feedback and coaching to team members at all levels.
• Collaborate closely with our strategy and project management teams to ensure all creative work aligns with client business goals and project scopes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in brand design, advertising, or digital production.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your specific contributions to visual storytelling and presentation design.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Sketch.
• Proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
• A proven ability to manage multiple overlapping projects while maintaining poise under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as an empathetic collaborator with both internal teams and senior clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $140,000, with the final offer determined by your specific skills, experience, and location. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment.
