We are looking for a creative individual to join our team at Zwift, the fitness company that brings the world of cycling and running into a virtual, gamified space. We are passionate about building a community that connects athletes across the globe, and we need someone who understands how to tell our story through engaging social media content.
What is this role?
This is a full-time position for an Associate Creator, Social Media. It is a junior-level role based in London, UK, though we offer a hybrid work environment. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce content that resonates with our audience and keeps our community excited about their fitness journey.
What will you do?
- Lead the development and production of culturally relevant social media content for our brand, ranging from standalone posts to larger campaign projects.
- Capture and edit high-quality video and photography specifically optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with our creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure every concept is feasible and aligns with our broader brand goals.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a self-starter who lives and breathes social media. We are looking for someone who can jump in and create content on the fly while also managing larger creative projects. You should have a strong grasp of the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications or New Media, or equivalent professional experience.
- One to three years of experience working in a social media role, either in-house or as an independent creator.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A genuine passion for sports, fitness, and specifically cycling.
- The ability to script, shoot, and edit video content using both professional tools and your mobile phone.
