Associate Creative Strategist at TubeScience

We are TubeScience, a company founded in 2016 that is changing the landscape of video marketing. We specialize in high-volume, data-driven video content for social media, helping major brands achieve profitable growth through rigorous testing and rapid experimentation. We are currently looking for an Associate Creative Strategist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performing ads by analyzing data from platforms like Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Conduct thorough research on consumers, products, and competitors to inform your strategy.
• Write persuasive scripts and copy for both video and static advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with our production and post-production teams to ensure creative concepts are executed effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback on creative assets to ensure they align with the overarching strategy.
• Identify emerging trends and top-performing concepts within the social media ecosystem.
• Participate in weekly strategic account planning sessions to iterate on creative tests.

Must-haves

• A strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with the Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• The ability to learn quickly from training and apply new skills immediately.

The expected starting salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 annually.
