The opportunity
We are searching for a contract Associate Creative Project Manager to join our Creative Operations team. In this role, you will report to the Associate Director of Creative Operations and the Creative Project Manager. You will act as a vital bridge between our creative teams and various departments like Product Marketing, Social, Paid Media, Retention, and E-commerce. Your work will ensure that our campaigns and evergreen workflows run smoothly across multiple countries, keeping our projects on track within a fast-paced sprint structure.
A day in the life
- You will champion project timelines, ensuring that every deliverable meets stakeholder expectations and hits its deadline.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and creative teams, providing regular status updates and proactively solving problems before they become roadblocks.
- You will coordinate the flow of creative assets between our brand team and international stakeholders, while auditing work to ensure every piece of content aligns perfectly with the original project brief.
Who you are
You are a motivated, detail-oriented professional with at least two years of experience as a project manager or traffic coordinator. You feel right at home in a fast-paced environment, and you bring a positive, collaborative attitude to every meeting. You are an expert communicator who is comfortable working with diverse teams, and you have a strong desire to learn and grow with us.
Required skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with project management software such as Asana, Monday, Trello, or Jira, with a preference for Asana.
- A track record of success working within design or marketing teams.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have prior experience in an e-commerce startup or have worked with international teams.
