Associate Creative Director at Allworth Financial

Recognized as a Barron's Top 40 RIA in 2024 and a recipient of the National Business Research Institute's Circle of Excellence award, we are looking for a senior-level Associate Creative Director to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will act as a conceptual leader, balancing creative campaign development with high-quality content creation to help shape our brand narrative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas by collaborating closely with our copy, design, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from conducting industry and audience research to overseeing production handoffs and stakeholder feedback.
• Produce engaging, on-brand content across various channels, including digital, social, video, and print, while translating complex financial topics into clear and approachable language.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in creative marketing, with a preference for those who have spent at least 5 years in an agency setting.
• A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• A strong professional portfolio that demonstrates your ability to think conceptually and write effectively across diverse media.
• Proficiency with modern creative and collaboration tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite, presentation software like PowerPoint or Keynote, and various AI-powered tools.
• Demonstrated experience using project management platforms to keep campaigns on track and organized.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical financial information into simple, relatable messaging.
