This is a senior-level role for a visionary leader who is passionate about concepting, writing, and directing high-quality content that engages our audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts and scripts for video and written projects, ensuring all output aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of video production, from initial pre-production planning through post-production supervision and final delivery, while providing clear direction to producers and on-camera talent.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of creative professionals, including video producers and a senior copywriter, to foster their career growth and maintain high standards of creative excellence.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in creative concepting, scriptwriting, and directing video projects or marketing campaigns.
• A proven history of successfully managing creative teams and delivering high-impact content.
• Strong storytelling abilities with the capacity to craft compelling narratives across various media platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of the end-to-end video production process and modern marketing strategies.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
