Associate Creative Director, UI Design at Circa - IPG DXTRA

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director, UI Design to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. At Flipside Group, we pride ourselves on producing award-winning digital work for a diverse range of national and global brands. We are searching for a lead-level designer who is passionate about crafting innovative, user-first experiences that push creative boundaries. Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling, user-centric design solutions and creative concepts that align with strategic goals while demonstrating expert decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including user experience, content strategy, and development, to ensure that every design meets both functional requirements and data-driven objectives.
• Present your creative vision confidently during internal and client meetings, clearly articulating your design choices and justifying your conceptual approach.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in digital design and a proven ability to lead creative projects. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Between 7 and 10 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years spent in an agency environment.
• Deep expertise in designing comprehensive digital systems, including enterprise websites, mobile apps, and social campaigns, with a strong grasp of accessibility and UI standards.
• Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, along with proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
• A proactive, organized, and resilient mindset, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience creating atomic design systems from scratch and the ability to expand existing brand standards across new platforms.

What we offer
