BRUNT is on the lookout for a driven and team-oriented Associate Content Producer. Ideal candidates will have experience in social media and video production, and be adept at taking creative concepts from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating closely with BRUNT’s Content Producer(s) and coordinating with our video production team both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop, produce, and manage engaging content across various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

Project Management: Assist in coordinating content production from start to finish, including brainstorming, planning, and executing video shoots, photoshoots, and graphic design projects.

Social Media & Digital Marketing: Optimize content based on performance data to ensure maximum reach and impact.

Creative Input: Provide creative ideas and feedback to enhance content quality, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and appeals to target audiences.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive and high-quality content production.

Content Optimization: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to help shape content strategies and improve overall content effectiveness.

Equipment Management: Handle basic filming and photography tasks using a variety of devices (e.g., smartphone, camera) and assist in setting up lighting and other equipment as needed.

Organization: Maintain an organized repository of all content assets, including footage, images, and graphics, ensuring easy access and efficient workflow.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in video production (1-3 years)
- Proficient in filming and operating camera equipment, including iPhone (GoPro or DSLR experience is a plus).
- Understanding of social media marketing.
- Strong skills in remote communication for coordinating ad production with graphic designers and video editors.
- Intermediate experience with Premiere Pro is essential; familiarity with its features and tools is required.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role is about speed and high-volume output!
