We are currently looking for a motivated Associate Brand Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will be a vital member of our marketing department, where you will manage specific product lines, oversee project budgets, and provide the analytical insights necessary to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of Class II products, managing the P&L to ensure consistent sales growth and profit delivery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year marketing plans, including communication strategies and retail activation tactics.
- Collaborate across departments, including sales, finance, R&D, and creative agencies, to align on business objectives and achieve corporate financial goals.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience within the CPG industry, with a strong background in marketing analytics.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s degree is considered a plus.
- Proven analytical skills, including familiarity with data tools like Nielsen or IRI, and a solid grasp of pricing and share analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and budget management, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
What we offer
