Role at a glance
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will work in a hybrid capacity based out of East Boston, collaborating closely with our brand leadership to drive awareness and growth.
Your impact
- Take ownership of our social media presence by managing the content calendar, coordinating with creative partners, and ensuring our brand voice remains consistent across all platforms.
- Lead the product and marketing development for our Cider House exclusive lines, including everything from packaging design to website landing pages and merchandise assortment.
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to provide actionable insights, helping us build effective annual marketing strategies and successful innovation pipelines.
What you'll need
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, or CPG sales and analysis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to shepherd initiatives from initial concept to final execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively across various internal functions and external partners.
- Fluency in English and a high level of comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving business setting.
- Bonus points if you have experience with consumer research, syndicated data tools, product development, or the beverage alcohol industry.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, plus an annual bonus potential of up to 10% of your base salary. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and professional journey:
