We are looking for a motivated Associate Brand Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a member of our marketing team, you will report to a Senior Brand Manager and play a vital role in executing strategies that drive our national growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement integrated marketing communications across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Manage the marketing budget while analyzing media and consumption data to provide actionable insights regarding consumer trends and competitive activity.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the commercialization process for new products, quality improvements, and various strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, paired with 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience in a Brand Assistant or Associate Brand Manager role is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful stories from data, alongside a solid grasp of business fundamentals.
- Proficiency with syndicated data platforms such as Circana, SPINS, Numerator, or Nielsen is highly valued.
- The ability to travel approximately 20 to 30 percent of the time for team offsites, agency meetings, and production needs.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
