What you bring

As an Associate in B2B Marketing, you will play a vital role in our marketing department by managing initiatives that strengthen our relationships with donors and employer partners. This is a full-time, remote position that is perfect for a junior-level professional who is highly organized and data-driven. You will work from anywhere to support our mission through the following core responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up for both virtual and in-person B2B events.
• Support digital and paid marketing campaigns across channels like social media, email, and Google to ensure high engagement and ROI.
• Create and maintain professional marketing collateral, including presentations, reports, and event content, while ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong foundation in marketing principles and a passion for B2B engagement. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with one to two years of relevant experience. It is essential that you are comfortable utilizing digital tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, possess excellent multitasking abilities, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
