We are currently looking for a Junior B2B Marketing Assistant to join our Partnership Marketing team in France on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Director in daily interactions with internal departments, including Sales, Product, Tech, and Design.
- Help develop and execute B2B marketing action plans across our five European markets.
- Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM database to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct competitive analysis to monitor industry trends, user experience, and advertising strategies.
- Assist with the organization of professional events and trade shows.
- Create engaging content for our WordPress site and manage marketing campaigns, including newsletters and partner kits.
- Draft campaign briefs for our internal design studio and manage email marketing tools.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates and conversion rates, to provide optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate international projects, including automated email workflows and customer surveys.
- Track marketing budgets and handle related invoicing tasks.
Must-haves
- Prior professional experience in marketing or communication.
- A Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in marketing, digital studies, or entrepreneurship.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English to support our international teams.
- Practical knowledge of social media, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a proactive, curious mindset.
- A collaborative spirit with a strong sense of responsibility.
