Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior-level Assistant Manager for Social Media & Digital Content to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai, where you will work alongside our Growth, Marketing, Content, and Product teams to elevate our brand presence.
Your impact
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that simplify our messaging and expand our reach across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Plan and manage high-impact campaigns, contests, and promotions designed to build a vibrant, engaged community of investors.
- Monitor the latest industry trends and leverage analytics tools to optimize performance and ensure our content remains at the cutting edge.
What you'll need
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of success.
- A creative mindset and a passion for content creation, regardless of your personal follower count.
- A deep understanding of social media dynamics, platform-specific trends, and performance analytics.
- The ability to work independently with an ownership mindset while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English and a strong desire to learn and grow within a high-energy team.
