We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager for our Social Media and Digital Content team to join us on-site in Mumbai.
Key outcomes
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies in partnership with our marketing and creative departments.
- Create engaging, high-quality content tailored for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to build community engagement and excitement.
- Monitor and leverage the latest industry trends and digital technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Growth, Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Utilize analytics tools to optimize performance and drive measurable results.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of professional experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of success.
- A strong background in content creation, regardless of your personal follower count.
- An ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media dynamics, current trends, and relevant analytics tools.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive, can-do attitude toward professional growth.
