We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. As an essential member of our design team, you will act as the glue that keeps our product information organized and our creative processes running smoothly. We value self-starters who are passionate, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking in their approach to fashion design.
Responsibilities
- Assist the design team with daily operations, including conducting market research, creating and updating CADs, and managing the development of fabrics, prints, and trims.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in PLM and BOM documentation while organizing samples and taking detailed notes during cross-functional meetings and fittings.
- Manage administrative design tasks such as preparing seasonal concept boards, maintaining line plans, coordinating vendor appointments, and ensuring all project milestones meet our established deadlines.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design is preferred, along with 0 to 2 years of professional experience in the industry.
- Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as CAD software.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with familiarity in PLM systems and performance materials.
- Experience with CLO3D is considered a significant plus.

What we offer
