We are looking for a creative, mission-driven individual to join our team and help us continue this journey.

What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Assistant Designer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Los Angeles location. In this role, you will work closely with our design, product development, and production teams to bring our brand vision to life. You will be expected to utilize your expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel to support our creative output and streamline our internal processes.

• Assist the design team across all product categories, including apparel and accessories.
• Manage the creation and updating of tech packs while maintaining organized design files.
• Conduct research on vintage and competitor apparel to inform our seasonal color palettes and design choices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor or Associate Degree in apparel design and a deep understanding of silhouettes, fabrication, and trim usage. You should be highly creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can juggle multiple projects simultaneously. We value candidates who are exceptionally organized, proactive, and possess a no task too small attitude. Fluency in English is required, and you should be someone who thrives on collaboration and is eager to grow alongside our design department.
