What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Assistant Brand Manager to join us on a full-time basis in India. This is an on-site role designed for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of high-impact marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is perceived and how our products reach our customers.
What will you do?
- Lead Campaign Strategy: You will manage end-to-end campaign ideation, from defining objectives and target audiences to coordinating the rollout of assets across various creative and social channels.
- Optimize E-commerce Presence: You will drive our success on major marketplaces by managing product listings, enhancing content with multimedia, and executing promotional strategies to maximize visibility during peak shopping periods.
- Analyze and Refine Performance: You will use data-driven insights to track key performance indicators, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our media spend and creative efforts deliver the best possible return on investment.

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in marketing and a passion for the tech industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A postgraduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field, paired with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in managing e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart.
- A solid foundation in digital marketing, media fundamentals, and data analytics.
- Experience working with creative production teams and advertising agencies.
- Strong English communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with our global teams and external partners.
- A genuine interest in design and culture, combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
