At VideaHealth we are building an AI-powered platform that helps dental clinicians deliver faster, more accurate diagnoses and better patient outcomes. Spun out of MIT, our team of engineers, AI scientists, and clinicians has already raised more than $27 million from investors such as Spark Capital, Zetta Venture, and Pillar VC, and our technology is used by thousands of dental professionals worldwide. We are now inviting a motivated student to join our AI group for a remote internship of at least three months and contribute directly to projects that can improve human health on a global scale.
What you'll be doing
- Work side-by-side with machine-learning engineers on a focused project in deep learning or data science that you help shape according to your background and interests.
- Design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art models while analyzing large, real-world datasets that power our clinical AI tools.
- Present your findings, share progress in team discussions, and document your work so others can build on your results.
What you'll bring
- Enrollment in, or recent completion of, a master’s or Ph.D. program in computer science, statistics, data science, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience building deep-learning models or data pipelines, along with solid proficiency in Python.
- Strong curiosity, clear communication skills, and a genuine interest in applying technology to advance healthcare.
