At ZTX we are building on the technology and IP behind ZEPETO, Asia’s largest metaverse, to launch a web-based open world where players can build, play, and earn through digital ownership and social interaction.

What you bring

As our new Art Producer, you will join us on a full-time basis and guide the end-to-end art production schedule for a blockchain-enabled game. With senior experience in Design, Gaming, Blockchain, 3D, Jira, Production, Crypto, NFTs, and Unity, you will keep creative pipelines on track while collaborating with artists across multiple time zones. Your three main responsibilities will be to set realistic internal deadlines with the Art Director, manage Jira tickets that tie art assets to product features, and oversee relationships with external vendors to maintain our quality standards. This role is fully remote and open to candidates located Anywhere.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least four years of experience producing art in the gaming industry, a solid grasp of 3D pipelines, and proven skill in Jira-based ticket management. You should be comfortable working in the crypto space, including DeFi, NFTs, and digital identity, and you thrive in a fully decentralized team that spans different time zones. The ideal candidate is proactive, deadline-focused, and able to balance creative ambition with practical delivery needs. While not required, experience producing NFT collections, working with Unity, holding an Atlassian certification, or having worked in a startup environment would be valuable additions.

What we offer

We provide a competitive base salary between $60,000 and $85,000 per year, along with token grants that align your success with the growth of the project. Additional perks include a fully flexible, 100% remote work environment that lets you contribute from anywhere.
