The opportunity
We are searching for a senior Art Director to join our creative team and help lead our vision. This role is perfect for someone who is conceptually driven and ready to guide high-profile campaigns, experiential activations, and digital platforms. You will serve as a hands-on leader, shaping the visual storytelling of our projects while collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and producers. A day in the life
- You will define and lead the visual direction for diverse projects, ranging from immersive environments to digital platforms.
- You will develop and present bold creative concepts to both internal teams and our clients.
- You will mentor designers and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that every detail aligns with our creative standards from the initial pitch to final delivery.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in an agency or studio setting, including at least one year in a leadership or mentorship role. You possess a sharp eye for typography, layout, and composition, and you are comfortable working with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Your background includes a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and digital production. Above all, you are a collaborative problem solver who communicates with confidence and is passionate about pushing creative boundaries in English.
