About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Art Director to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hands-on role that blends traditional branding expertise with the future of creative production. You will act as a visual leader, translating client needs into high-impact designs while leveraging AI tools to optimize our workflows. You will also take on management responsibilities, overseeing 1-2 junior creatives and collaborating closely with our executive leadership team to push our creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performing visual assets across various channels, including email, paid social, and video, while ensuring all work is both flexible and brand-compliant.
• Utilize our proprietary AI and automation systems to build scalable design solutions that maintain a high level of craft and customization.
• Provide mentorship and daily direction to junior team members, fostering their professional development while ensuring their output meets our high standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in design and a strategic mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• 7 to 9 years of professional design experience, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• A polished portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create versatile brand systems and scalable design templates.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A deep understanding of brand governance and the ability to maintain consistency across complex, regulated industries.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to present design rationale to executive leadership.

Location

This position is based in the United States and operates in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
